STK is a Touch screen based kiosk with audio & video support. With programs in vernacular languages like Hindi, Tamil, Marathi etc. and watching the video & audio users can be trained in a short time. STK has an evaluation module which helps in ascertaining the effectiveness of the safety training.

Safety Training Program Creation
STK is ready with many training programs & templates which are based on Industry Best Practices. One can cut & paste and customize the program as per the need. It is also possible to generate the new programs with a the Program Generation Kit by capturing actual process videos & voice over.
Incremental changes in the program are very simple and hence like a video film one does not have to use the same film need not be used over and over without any modification.
The Emergency Evacuation module can be used to train about the assembly points, hazardous areas, material etc. The details of evacuation drills etc. can be incorporated in the evacuation module.
Safety Program Demonstration :
Usually STK will be placed in self play mode at the reception / safety training room. The interactive menu helps the user navigate through the safety program in the chosen language. STK would display the Audio & Video program in the local language like English, Marathi and Hindi etc. The user gets the opportunity to repeat a slide which is not understood properly. Because the audio, video and images (photographs) user can learn quickly.
Safety Training Evaluation :
STK helps in uploading questions for evaluation of the safety training. One can create a question bank of many questions and can ask selected question in random order.
Minimum score can be setup for passing the exam and the candidate can take the exam again in case of failure.
On successful completion of the examination , a photograph of the candidate is taken , followed by the Finger print (optional) . A safety permit can be issued to the candidate which will have the photograph and other relevant details of the individual.
Work Permit : STK offers work permit creation by asking the compliance questions and getting confirmation on the same.
Accident Debrief: Accident history and the debrief for understanding the root cause & collaborative causes can work as a great training tool. This module helps in creating a debrief of an accident and subsequent trainings.
