On dated 31.05.2022 Adani ports and Special Economic Zone , Mundra. Kutch- Fire Services had organised felicitation ceremony for the Real Heroes (APSEZ fire services – Firefighters) in coordination Adani foundation & Adani Skill Development Centre at Adani House. The chief guest was Honourable Rakshit Shah( Executive Director Corporate communication), event was also graced by Mrs Pankti Shah (Head Adani foundation ), Mr Shivaraman Lvc (Head OHS&F) and Mr Gaurang Chudasama (Head Liquid Terminal).
The Firefighters who got National Skill Qualification framework Level 5 certification of Fire Fighter Job role from National Skill Development Council, under the vision of PMO skill india were felicitated in this event. To get this certificate one has to register in NSDC portal, prepare for the exam and appear in the online exam from NSDC approved assessment agency as well as VIVA by NSDC approved assessor (Dr Rakesh Chaturvedi- AGM/Head Fire Services) .
The registration was done by Mr. Karan Bhatt (ASDC), Mr. Ratnadip Trivedi (Fire Services) trained the fire fighters according to syllabus and make them capable for appearing in the exam and clear it and verbal interview was conducted by Dr Rakesh Chaturvedi. Total 54 fire fighters appeared in the exam in fiscal YEAR 2021-22 and all were declared pass ,The passing marks for this exam is 70 %, Total 44 fire fighters appeared in the exam in fiscal year 2020-21 and all were declared pass
Till date total 98 fire personnel are now certified for the job role of FIRE FIGHTER NSQF Level 5.
- This certificate is valid in India as well as 32 foreign countries,
- it upgrades skill worker with certified skill workforce,
- it provides accidental risk coverage for permanent disability/ death of Rs. Three Lacs for three years.
- It recognises the individual with prestigious skill of Firefighting .
- Now our Fire Fighters can shape their future carrier growth with goodness within adani or outside adani to build fire safe Nation.

We will work closely with Mr. Sagar Kotak of ASDC for certification of our new jinnee fire fighters of main port, Mundra LPG terminal and West Basin Fire Service team.
