Q. What are the latest products launched by HIK Vision? Could you brief us about their usage & how is it going to benefit the Indian markets ?
Hikvision, the global leader in innovative video surveillance products and solutions, has won the CCTV Innovative Achievement category in the Detektor International Awards 2015 for its revolutionary DS-7600NI-E1/A All-in-One Security Terminal. We had launched in March 2015, the DS-7600NI-E1 CCTV /A Camera which looks like a simple monitor, but integrates
video recording, storage, and display in one compact unit. This product had won the coveted Detektor International Awards 2015 for the CCTV Innovative Achievement category.
The DS-7600NI-E1/A features a 22-inch surveillance-level LCD monitor, which offers maximum reliability with double the operational life span of traditional LCD units. As an All-in-One product, the unit also shares the functionalities of a Network Video Recorder. Accordingly, it supports up to 8 network camera connections at resolution levels up to 6MP for synchronized video preview and playback. It also supports optional display of HDMI /VGA /internal NVR video sources with resolution at up to 1920x1080P; VGA output is also available when connected to another monitor. In addition, the DS-7600NI-E1/A includes a USB port so that users can import any advertising video & audio file for playback.
In November this year we launched a 4 in 1 Hikvision Quad Brid DVR (QBDVR). The QBDVR is an open technology that offers one single DVR that is compatible with 4 technologies namely A analog, HDTV1, IP and AHD. It is a comprehensive one – stop solution for all security needs. As Quad Brid DVR is technology agnostic, it fits into Analog, HDTV1, IP and AHD cameras smoothly and subscribers can use them simultaneously.
The unique aspect in Hikvision's Quad Brid is that customers can keep their existing infrastructure undisturbed. They have to change only their DVR.
It salient features include Real Time HD Video Output at 1080 p/720p, Enhanced Video Quality Images Third Party Compatibility, Utmost Flexibility and Versatility. Hikvision's Quad Brid DVR is available in two models and both are having many useful features.

Therefore, I foresee the market is going to sizzle in the next five years with a CAGR over 25 %. The market size will cross USD 1 billion in a couple of years.
